1. Collection and use of personal information

We receive personal information about you, if you provide it to us on your own - for example, to send a message to mailboxes or register for the purpose of obtaining certain services. In some cases, AGTL may already have your personally identifiable information provided by you (for example, if you are a former employee of AGTL). By registering on our websites and / or by sending personally identifiable information through them, you hereby consent to the use of this information in accordance with this Privacy Statement. Your personally identifiable information is used by us solely to provide answers to your inquiries and information about services offered by AGTL, unless we obtain permission from you to use your personal information for other purposes. For example, if you send us an e-mail request for information about AGTL, your email address and other information you provide will be used by us to respond to this request. If we intend to use your personal information to inform you of other AGTL services, we will notify you of this intention and leave it to you to refuse to receive such communications. In cases where, for the purpose of hiring at AGTL, you send an email to our address containing a personal resume or an autobiography of the applicant, we use this information to provide you with the available opportunities.

AGTL collects personal information of a confidential nature only in cases when the persons concerned voluntarily provide us with such information or when the collection of such information is required without fail or permitted by law or professional standards. If you have any questions as to whether the provision of confidential information by AGTL is necessary (expedient) to achieve certain objectives, please contact AGTL at the address below.

1.1 Automatic collection of personal information

In some cases, AGTL automatically collects certain types of information when you visit AGTL sites or when exchanging e-mails with you. If you subsequently register on the AGTL website, the information obtained can be read by a cookie to improve and personalize the communication on-line (for example, sending a welcome message when you visit the site again, or granting access to your registration data) .

The decision on whether to accept cookies or block them, you accept yourself. You can configure your browser in such a way that it warns you before accepting a cookie, or blocking it when you receive a warning about its presence. It should be remembered that if you do not accept cookies, some of the site's functions may be lost as a result of their blocking.

1.1.3 Web beacons (web beacon technology)

A web beacon is a small graphic file on a web page that you can use to retrieve specific information from your computer, such as the IP address, the duration of the web page content, the type of browser, and the presence of cookies, previously created by the same server. AGTL uses these Web beacons in strict accordance with applicable law. AGTL can use Web beacons to monitor the effectiveness of third-party websites that provide us with hiring or marketing services, or for the purpose of collecting statistics about visitors to the site and managing cookies.

You have the ability to disable some web beacons by blocking the associated cookies. In this case, the Web beacon will still be able to register an anonymous visit from your IP address, but the information in the cookie will not be recorded.
